A design element worthy of large classic yachts, the Jeanneau 53 features a spacious central saloon and panoramic
windows for a 360° view of the sea. Her L-shaped galley is fully equipped with plenty of storage for offshore passages.
She also features a choice of four interior configurations: the forward living space can be configured with one or two cabins forward in the three and four-cabin versions, with the choice of two separate aft cabins and two large double berths or one spacious owner’s cabin aft.
She features ease of handling for short-handed sailing; the latest-generation engine; a powerful, high-performance sail plan with a full-battened or furling mainsail; a wide transom and life raft storage for safety; twin wheels at the helm; numerous storage lockers for autonomous sailing on long passages; a spacious cockpit with three comfortable lounging areas; mattresses with coiled springs; and quality Jeanneau construction, in compliance with European standards.

Om mee te evolueren met haar cliënteel, besliste JEANNEAU een nieuwe prestigieuze eenheid te ontwikkelen en dit in samenwerking met onze zusteronderneming CNB (Chantier Naval de Bordeaux): De "BORDEAUX 60' " werd geboren.

Om de Bordeaux 60' te ontwikkelen, stelde het CNB studiebureau een internationaal erkend team samen: Philippe Briand voor het zeiltechnisch ontwerp en Hugon Couede Design voor de ergonomie en het interieur. |

Objectief: Het creëren van een prestigieus zeiljacht gemakkelijk te besturen, elegant en comfortabel. |

The idea to build a large Merry Fisher featuring design innovations and designed exclusively for
comfortable cruising arrived at just the right time. The new Merry Fisher 10 offers significant advantages
and comfort down to the smallest detail.
Jeanneau’s engineering team reviewed the design concept with an eye for satisfying an ever more demanding
customer base. They focused on maximising interior volumes while preserving the attractive Merry Fisher design
developed by the Garroni design cabinet. The interior is exceptional, featuring an equipped galley as well as
a saloon designed for six people that transforms into a double berth, the helm controls a fuel-efficient shaft
drive diesel engine capable of reaching cruising speeds of up to 20 knots; a large forward owner’s cabin with
independent head compartment and a view of the sea through a large portholes in the hull. The cockpit features
a large storage locker, bench seating and a table, a ladder to the flybridge and a transom deserving of her
name. The Fly version is equipped with a second wheel at the helm, additional seating and a sundeck. Leading
the market once again, Jeanneau offers this model in several different versions, from a standard version without
optional equipment to full comfort.
